Jerry passed away at the Central Peace Health Complex in Spirit River with family by his side. He was 54.
He was predeceased by his father Mathew and both sets of grandparents.
Jerry is survived by his Mother Judy, sister Cindy Hingley (Darren), brother Cody (Judy) and special friend Laurae as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jerry’s family would like to thank Dr. Kitagawa and hospital staff for the care they provided him.
