On September 16, 2019, Victoria Palynchuk (née Sandul) passed away peacefully at the age of 93 years.
Vicky was born in Gardenton, Manitoba and moved to northern Alberta as a child. She married her husband, John, in 1944 and they lived and farmed in the Peace Country for over forty years. During this time, she became the proud mother of Ed (Julie), Sheila and Randy, and grandmother of Bobbi (Ken), Corrie and Marlena (Nick). She moved with John to Stony Plain in 1986 where she became a great grandmother to Grayson, Chase (Leanne) and Bethany. She was predeceased by John, her five sisters, Annie, Lena, Doris, Kathleen and Nancy, and her brother Matt.
Funeral Service was held at 1pm, Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at Memories Funeral Home (13403 St Albert Trail, Edmonton). Interment followed at Inga Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CNIB Foundation would be appreciated.
